Customer from Malaysia Visits Our Factory

　　Recently, our business partner from Malaysia visited our manufacturing factory. The two sides held on-site exchanges and technical seminars focusing on kaolin testing technology and industrial application solutions, further consolidating the foundation of bilateral cooperation and supporting in-depth development of overseas markets.

　　The visiting customer specializes in the R&D and production of kaolin, with stringent industrial standards and technical requirements for the accuracy and stability of material composition testing. During the visit, our technical team accompanied the customer throughout the tour. We conducted live testing demonstrations on the kaolin samples brought by the customer, intuitively showcasing the efficient and precise testing performance of our instruments, enabling the customer to fully recognize the operational advantages and data reliability of our testing equipment.

　　In the technical exchange session, our senior engineers engaged in one-on-one in-depth discussions with the customer. We focused on analyzing and comparing the core principles, operating procedures, testing precision, applicable scenarios, advantages and disadvantages of the two mainstream testing methods: fusion bead method and pressed pellet method. Combined with the actual application fields, production processes and testing challenges of the customer’s kaolin products, both parties discussed customized testing solutions to accurately meet the customer’s personalized testing requirements.
